Grand Caverns - A limestone cavern located in Grottoes. In addition to seeing the cavern you can enjoy scenic trails for biking, hiking, and running; picnicking, pool, miniature golf and fishing.

Blue Ridge Parkway - A slow paced and relaxing drive from Virginia to Cherokee NC. Beautiful scenery and overlooks.

Humpback Rock - located near Waynesboro. The rock is named for the visual efffect of a "hump" it creates on the mountain. Hike Humpback Mountain and enjoy the picnic area.

Natural Chimneys - A 145-site campground located along the North River. The central feature is a natural rock structure formed from limestone that began to accumulate and harden in the Paleozoic Era. Located near Mt Solon.

Swannanoa - An Italian Renaissance Revival villa built in 1912 by millionaire and philanthropist James H Dooley. Located above Rockfish Gap on the border of northern Nelson County and Augusta County.

Augusta Springs Wetlands - Enjoy the trail that meanders through wetland habitats surrounded by hardwood forest. Environmental study area and hiking trails.

American Shakespeare Center - home of the world's only authentic recreation of the Blackfriars Theater.

Frontier Culture Museum - an outdoor living history museum demonstrating the everyday life of Shanandoah Valley early settlers.

Woodrow Wilson's Library and Museum - located in Staunton.

Historical Downtown Staunton - visit the quaint shops and restaurants as well as the historic homes. Plan a lantern tour and hear stories about the ghosts of days gone by.
